We are manufacturing a radionuclide xenon gas detection system by using the most sensitive detector system based on coincidence beta-gamma detection, in combination with industrial modular design for optimum reliable performance. Our Swedish Automated Unit for Noble gas Acquisition, SAUNA II, is now improved in terms of detection sensitivity, reliability, modularity, main tenancy and support availability. The SAUNA II system exceeded the Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty (CTBT) requirements for near real-time ultra-sensitive field measurement of short lived noble gases. Today we have an excellent reliability, modularity, main tenancy and world wide support.
Today the SAUNA group has grown to be 12 persons working together to meet the high requirements of our noble gas detection systems. The SAUNA production team and the extensive test (FAT) follows the methods defined in the Gammadata quality assurance system. The SAUNA service and support team provides a total solution and commitment to our SAUNA-users with the level of support they need when they need it. On- site service agreements, service training and extended warranties are available to provide added level of protection. WIth the gained in field experience today the SAUNA R and D group focuses on improvments and new developments. The system developers at the Swedish Research Agnecy (FOI) are still closely related to R and D to keep a high level of expertice in the field. |
